Purchase and Delivery Information

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Within Sweden, your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Return and Right of Withdrawal

We always offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item free of charge within Sweden and choose between a refund or an exchange for another product. For orders outside Sweden, the customer covers the return cost. This also applies to sale items.

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date you received the product, provided it is returned in substantially unchanged condition. For returns of shoes, the shoebox must be undamaged and properly packaged – do not affix shipping labels directly on the box. Refunds are generally processed immediately, but no later than 30 days after we receive the return. If you are outside the European Union be sure to mark the package "Goods in Return" and declare the value of the goods to 0 (zero).

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Sweden for purchases over 499 SEK. For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.

For international deliveries, the shipping cost depend on the destination. To view the shipping charge, simply add an item to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout, select your country, and the shipping cost will appear in the summary.

We use Postnord, DHL Express and FedEx for international deliveries.

Duty & VAT

For orders outside of the European Union we will not charge Swedish VAT. Please note that you might get charged with VAT and duty by your local authorities upon delivery.

Uncollected Shipments

Failing to collect a shipment is not considered a return, and an administrative fee of 300 SEK will be charged.

Claims

If a product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. Return the product well-packaged along with a written description of the issue. Upon approval of the claim, we will do one of the following:

• Repair the product (if possible).
• Send a new, defect-free product.
• Refund the price of the product.

For approved claims, we will cover the shipping cost.

Out of Stock Disclaimer

We reserve the right for possible out-of-stock situations, as our stock levels are not updated in real-time.
